Welcome to Signal Vector. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any services provided by Signal Vector LLC ("Signal Vector," "we," "us," or "our").

Signal Vector provides marketing, communications, and content creation services for defense and intelligence organizations, including video, visual, and written materials.

All services are subject to separate written agreements, proposals, or statements of work ("SOW"). In the event of a conflict, the signed client agreement governs.

All information on this website is for general informational purposes only.

Signal Vector does not provide legal advice, engineering or technical validation, or operational or mission guidance. Clients are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all content for accuracy and compliance.

Clients are responsible for ensuring all provided materials are accurate and authorized for use, securing any necessary rights, approvals, or clearances, and verifying final deliverables before use.

Signal Vector is not responsible for errors, omissions, or misrepresentations originating from client-provided materials.

Users agree not to submit sensitive, controlled, proprietary, export-controlled, or classified information through this website or general communications unless explicitly discussed and approved in advance.

Projects involving such materials must be coordinated separately and may require additional agreements and safeguards.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Signal Vector retains ownership of underlying creative methods, templates, and production processes. Clients receive rights to use final deliverables as defined in their agreement.

All website content is the property of Signal Vector LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Signal Vector may reference general experience or anonymized project types. Specific client work is not publicly displayed without permission.

Representative samples may be shared privately at Signal Vector's discretion.

Signal Vector is an independent entity and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the U.S. Government or any government agency.

All fees, payment schedules, and deliverables are defined in individual client agreements. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of work, delay in delivery, or termination of services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Signal Vector shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of business, revenue, or opportunity, or outcomes resulting from use of deliverables.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services provided.

Past performance, including prior project outcomes, does not guarantee future results. Signal Vector does not guarantee contract awards, marketing performance outcomes, or business results.

Either party may terminate services as outlined in the governing agreement. Upon termination, work performed up to that point remains payable and usage rights follow the agreed terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
